2. Nature of Services

  • KKR Chess Academy provides online chess coaching and training programs.

  • We do not operate physical/offline academies outside India; all international services are conducted online.

  • Classes may be conducted via platforms such as Google Meet or similar tools.

3. Eligibility & Enrollment

  • Enrollment is open to students of all ages unless otherwise specified.

  • Parents/guardians must provide consent for minors.

  • Accurate information must be provided during registration.

4. Fees & Payments

  • Fees are charged on a monthly / program basis as communicated at the time of enrollment.

  • All payments must be made in advance.

  • Fees are non-transferable between students.

5. Class Scheduling & Attendance

  • Class schedules will be communicated in advance.

  • Missed classes by students will not be refunded.

  • Compensation classes, if any, are at the academy’s discretion.

  • KKR Chess Academy reserves the right to reschedule classes due to operational or unavoidable circumstances.

6. Code of Conduct

  • Students are expected to maintain discipline and respectful behavior.

  • Any form of misconduct may result in suspension or termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All training materials, recordings, curriculum, and content are the intellectual property of KKR Chess Academy.

  • Recording, sharing, or redistribution without permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Performance Disclaimer

  • Chess improvement depends on individual effort, practice, and consistency.

  • KKR Chess Academy does not guarantee titles, ratings, or tournament results.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Student information is handled responsibly and used only for academic and operational purposes.

  • We do not sell or misuse personal data.

10. Modifications

  • KKR Chess Academy reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • Continued use of services implies acceptance of updated terms.

11. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India.
