At KKR Chess Academy, we focus on structured, long-term chess development. Due to the nature of our services, we maintain a strict but transparent refund policy.

2. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Monthly fees and program fees are non-refundable once classes have commenced.

  • Fees cannot be adjusted or carried forward to future months.

3. Demo Classes

  • Demo classes are offered solely for evaluation.

  • Enrollment after a demo confirms acceptance of our teaching approach and policies.

4. Missed Classes

  • No refunds will be provided for classes missed by the student.

  • Compensation classes, if provided, are based on availability and discretion.

5. Academy-Initiated Cancellations

  • If a class is canceled by KKR Chess Academy and not compensated, the equivalent fee adjustment may be provided.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

  • Refund requests due to medical emergencies or unforeseen situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Approval of such refunds is solely at the discretion of KKR Chess Academy.

7. Mode of Refund

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
